LionOx Master Company is seeking a Crypto Liquidity Execution Trader to manage trading execution, liquidity sourcing, and capital movement across digital asset markets.
This role is focused on efficient market execution, spread optimization, and operational control of crypto trading flows. The ideal candidate has hands-on trading experience and understands how liquidity, volatility, and order book depth impact execution quality.
You will work with trading capital to ensure accurate and disciplined execution across multiple venues.
- Execute spot and derivatives crypto trades
- Monitor liquidity conditions and market spreads
- Optimize execution timing to minimize slippage
- Manage digital asset transfers across wallets and exchanges
- Track funding rates and market volatility
- Coordinate capital deployment strategies
- Maintain trading risk controls
- Analyze order book dynamics
- Proven hands-on experience trading cryptocurrencies
- Experience with crypto derivatives or leveraged products
- Practical knowledge of wallet operations
- Understanding of liquidity mechanics and execution risk
- Ability to operate in high-volatility environments
- Strong capital discipline
Experience in prop trading, crypto funds, or institutional trading desks is preferred.
- Base salary starting from $155,000+ annually
