Your mission
The Product Operations Manager role
The Product Operations Manager plays a key role in developing our capabilities for tokenized asset issuance on the blockchain. You are consistently improving the product to ensure tokenized asset issuances happen without a hitch and follow all applicable regulations. You work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, legal and operations to develop and enhance features that drive customer value and business growth.
This role is highly execution-focused and systems-oriented, with opportunities to influence at scale through strong process design, data and automation. You will work directly with business clients, helping them integrate with our APIs, removing blockers and supporting them in their ongoing token issuances.

The Product Operations Manager role
The Product Operations Manager plays a key role in developing our capabilities for tokenized asset issuance on the blockchain. What you’ll do:
You will step into a high-impact role where you will manage the intersection of product development, customer relationship, and executive visibility.
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and drive the tokenization issuance product's strategy and roadmap based on customer insights, market trends, business and regulatory goals.
- End-to-End Product Management: Lead the full product lifecycle for your area of responsibility, from features concept and development to launch, performance tracking, bug fixing, and iterative improvements.
- Customer-Centric Focus: Onboard new B2B clients and later on monitor ongoing client operations and collect feedback from users to ensure the product meets customer pain points and delivers value.
- Quality Monitoring: Monitor ongoing issuances and client operations to ensure the highest levels of quality of execution
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design and operations to ensure product delivery is aligned with regulatory and business needs.
- Regulatory Compliance: Work with the legal and operations teams to ensure all regulations regarding tokenized securities issuance are met.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use data to inform product decisions and continuously optimize the user experience and product performance.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate the vision for the tokenized issuance product and its development progress to internal stakeholders and work with the NYALA team to ensure smooth product development cycles.
Would be great if you brought this to the role:
- 2+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or a related role in fast-growing B2B tech start-ups or scale-ups (the B2B part is important)
- Great attention to details and obsession for improving processes and operational efficiency in product organizations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in an ambiguous and changing environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to empathize withuser problems, understanding pain points and needs to effectively shape product decisions.
- Proactive mindset, with a very strong sense of ownership and an eye for continuous improvement
- Experience managing projects and working with remote teams
- Solid understanding of software development processes (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and conceptual understanding of technical systems (APIs,IT architecture, etc)
- Experience in bllockchain, crypto or web3 environments, or at least expertise and real enthusiasm for the topic
- German at C1 level or higher
