Do you have Rust software development experience? Drive development of an original Linux-based network security appliance as a Senior Developer, taking ownership for security software and systems development within a thriving technology organisation providing security solutions for regulated industries from government roots spanning back 15 years.

Requirements for the Senior Software Developer positions:

• Must have or be able to obtain security clearance – ideally DV clearance, at the minimum SC clearance (please check your eligibility prior to applying for this position – DV clearance requires you to have been a permanent resident in the UK without any breaks for 10+ years, SC clearance requires you to have been a permanent resident in the UK without any breaks for 5+ years)
• Must have a strong Computer Science education foundation
• Software development skills in Rust – the environment is Rust and Go but it is not wholly necessary to have strengths in both of these languages so if you have a stronger C++ background with some Rust expertise and the aptitude to build on the Rust skills you have, to transition into a Rust and Go environment, that would be great
• Must have solid Linux network programming and protocol implementation skills as well as exceptional knowledge of Linux networking fundamentals and Linux networking at layers 2-4

The package on offer for the Senior Software Developer roles is a salary of up to £130,000 depending on experience, with a benefits package including professional development budget, private healthcare, wellness support and a hybrid working set up requiring weekly presence in the Worcestershire office ideally.
