Overview:

PFH Technology is partnering directly with a Dublin based Client who seeks a highly experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to lead end-to-end user experience design across web and mobile platforms. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who is passionate about delivering intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• 7+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
• Lead full lifecycle UX design for web and mobile applications
• Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mock-ups, and user journey maps
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and accessibility assessments
• Establish and govern enterprise design systems and UI standards
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers
• Provide guidance to development teams on UI/UX best practices

Required Experience & Skills

• Strong expertise in responsive and interaction design
• Deep understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent tools
• Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and modern UI frameworks
• Proven experience building and maintaining design systems
• Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills
