A leading provider of services across multiple sectors is seeking a proactive and organised HR Executive to join their team on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive, friendly environment that values collaboration and professional development. The role operates on a hybrid working model, with three days in the office and two days working from home.
Salary: €35,000-€40,000 DOE
Location: Park West (Hybrid - 2 days WFH)
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage job postings on the company HR system and screen applications.
- Coordinate interviews (online and in-person) and liaise with external recruitment agencies when necessary.
- Oversee the onboarding process, including reference checks, contract issuance, system setup, and coordination with payroll.
- Prepare workstations and IT equipment for new starters, and provide a welcoming first-day experience.
- Maintain HR records, follow up on documentation, and support managers with probation and performance processes.
HR Administration & Support:
- Act as a first point of contact for staff queries and provide general HR support.
- Conduct regular visits to company sites to engage with employees.
- Assist in updating HR policies and procedures in line with legislation.
- Track and update employee records, including holiday balances, and support reporting and analysis to inform decision-making.
- Create and distribute internal communications, such as quarterly staff newsletters.
- Provide ongoing support to the HR Manager and contribute to ad hoc HR projects as required.
What we're looking for:
- Degree in Human Resources or related field, with 1+ years' of HR experience.
- Experience in an HR roles in the hospitality industry is an advantage. v
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence over the phone and in-person.
- Well organised, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel, with experience in HRIS/ATS systems; Canva experience is an advantage.
- Familiarity with social media and presentation/report preparation is beneficial.
