We are seeking a creative and pragmatic Scrum Master to advocate for Agile methodologies and drive transparency across our development teams. You will be a key bridge between the team, Product Owners, and stakeholders, ensuring we deliver high-quality software while maintaining a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate & Deliver: Manage all Scrum events and daily tasks to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
• Mentor & Coach: Support team members at all levels in adopting Agile values and Scrum/Kanban practices.
• Remove Blockers: Proactively identify risks, manage action items, and remove impediments for the team.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work with Product and Programme teams to manage roadmaps, facilitate estimation, and prioritize work.
• Stakeholder Management: Provide clear status reports to Management and external Clients, ensuring alignment with the companies quality standards.

Skills & Experience

• Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
• Experience: 2+ years as a Scrum Master with deep knowledge of Scrum and Kanban.
• Tech Background: Experience with cloud-based technologies and commercial software development.
• Client Delivery: Proven track record of delivering software to external clients via iterative processes.
• Tools: Hands-on experience with JIRA preferred.
