Data Analyst (Finance Department)

What You Will Do

• Maintain and develop financial reporting for all business units (Product, Marketing, HQ);
• Analyze key metrics such as First Cash, Bookings, Refunds, Revenue;
• Supervise revenue recognition process, adapt revenue recognition to the new products;
• Work on automating financial reports and processes using modern tools (PySpark, Airflow, Tableau);
• Develop dashboards and reports for various stakeholders (management, operational teams);
• Collaborate closely with the CFO and other teams to create analytics that meet current and strategic business needs.
  
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a financial analyst or in a related role;
• Strong understanding of financial metrics and their impact on business processes (Revenue, Bookings, ARPPU, Cash In, etc.);
• Sufficiently proficient in Python and SQL for analytics & automatisation;
• Working experience on analytics tools required (SQL, Excel, Tableau, Python, PySpark, Airflow);
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiar with educational products;
• Able to independently analyze data and generate hypotheses;
• Experience with PySpark.
