UX/UI Designer to join a leading end user to work remotely in Milano, Italy.

Lead intuitive, conversion-focused B2B eCommerce and internal tool experiences. You’ll collaborate with product and engineering teams to turn user needs and business goals into elegant, scalable solutions—simplifying complexity and driving impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end experiences (wireframes to high-fidelity UI).
- Conduct research and usability testing to inform decisions.
- Partner with stakeholders and engineers to deliver quality implementations.
- Build and evolve design systems.
- Drive innovation aligned with user behaviour and eCommerce best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent UX/UI experience.
- Strong visual, interaction, and systems-thinking skills.
- Experience with user research and design systems.
- Strong communication and storytelling ability.
- Proficiency in Figma (HTML/CSS a plus).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end projects.
Open to candidates across the Lombardy Region who can travel sporadically to Stabio.
