Role Overview

For our Milan office, we are looking for graduates in technical disciplines who will join our Digital team and launch their career within the Product & Service Industry (es: Food and Beverage, Manufacturing, Construction, Automotive..). You will support all the phases of Data Analytics and Process Intelligence projects:

• Managing end-to-end Data Analytics / Process Intelligence initiatives across various clients and industries
• Running data identification, extraction and transformation (ETL)
• Connecting Data Analytics / Process Intelligence tools to client’s IT systems
• Designing and developing process monitoring dashboards
• Analyzing and interpreting the findings and results
• Identifying bottlenecks and areas of improvement
• Leveraging on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to automate improvements
• Drawing actionable conclusions and recommendations

Required Technical Skills & Experience

• Graduate in Statistics, Applied Math, Economics, Information Management, Computer Science, Management Engineering or related fields
• Hands-on experience with one or more Data Analytics (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, etc) and Process Intelligence tools (Celonis, Microsoft Power Automate Process Mining etc.)
• Skills in data manipulation and/or scripting (SQL, Python)
• Able to understand various data structures and common methods in data transformation
• Experience in process analysis and improvement

Nice to have:

• 1-2 years of experience in leading consulting firms or in leading international system integrators as a Data Scientist or Data Engineer or Data Analyst:
• Familiarity with at least one enterprise suite (SAP, ServiceNow, Oracle etc.) is a big plus
• Familiarity with data platform (Databricks, SAP Datasphere, etc.) is a plus
• Functional knowledge of financial and/or business processes (Procurement, Sales, Accounting, Logistics…)

Basic requirements in the selection are the excellent knowledge of the Italian and English languages (both oral and written), interpersonal and communicative skills, experience of team management and relations with company management as well as ability to travel based on client requests/commitments.
