Our clients - Moduls Engineering is lookinng the HVAC and Water & Sawer Construction Manager.

Candidate Requirements:

• Work experience as a Construction Manager or Assistant Construction Manager in the management of internal HVAC and Water & Sewer (plumbing) network construction processes;
• At least 2 years of experience in the implementation of construction projects;
• An advantage: Construction practice certificate; Occupational Safety and Fire Safety training certificates;
• Very good knowledge of Latvian;
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Outlook, and ability to read AutoCAD drawings;
• Independent, highly responsible, attentive to detail, and stress-resistant;
• Strong communication and cooperation skills with colleagues, subordinates, clients, and customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Planning and organizing the construction process in accordance with the approved project documentation;
• Managing and supervising construction works in compliance with quality requirements and technical project criteria;
• Supervising preparation of construction documentation and signing required documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements;
• Preparing and coordinating the material and construction product procurement plan with involved parties, updating it, and placing orders. In cases of overall project supervision, obtaining Project Manager approval before placing orders;
• Ensuring preparation of work acceptance and handover certificates;
• Regular and timely submission of project as-built documentation to the client;
• Regular participation in site meetings;
• Ensuring the receipt of necessary work permits and approvals;
• Ensuring signing of all submitted acts, letters, execution documents, etc., and their timely return to the company administration;
• Ensuring and controlling compliance with occupational safety, fire safety, environmental protection, and other technological processes at construction sites;
• Ensuring availability of workplace risk assessments at sites;
• Providing site employees with the necessary resources for safe work performance;
• In cooperation with responsible company representatives, ensuring and monitoring occupational safety training for subordinate employees within the scope of their professional competencies.

• Employment in a company with more than 30 years of experience in implementing various construction projects;
• Salary range: EUR 2300–3100 gross, plus bonuses;
• Company car or use agreement with fuel compensation;
• All necessary resources provided for work performance;
• Working hours: 8:00–17:00;
