ProtiumTech is building a breakthrough membrane-free decoupled water electrolysis systems designed to reduce the cost of green hydrogen production.

We’re early-stage, ambitious, and moving fast. We work with accelerators, innovation ecosystems, and international partners to position our technology globally.

Now we’re looking for someone who can help us turn momentum into structured execution.

🎯 What This Role Is About

This is not a classic corporate “project manager” role. This is a get-things-done role.

You’ll combine:

• Market positioning
• Communication
• Accelerator applications
• Structured project execution

You’ll work directly with the founders and help ensure that nothing falls through the cracks - applications are submitted, deadlines are met, messaging is sharp, and communication flows smoothly.

🔧 What You’ll Actually Do

• Prepare and submit applications to international accelerators
• Collect technical input and turn it into clear, structured documents
• Write reports, updates, and newsletters
• Track deadlines and keep execution organized
• Refine pitch decks and presentation materials
• Shape our LinkedIn, website, and external communication
• Translate complex hydrogen tech into compelling, understandable messaging

You’ll sit at the intersection of strategy and execution.

🧠 Who You Are

• Strong writer (English required)
• Structured and detail-oriented
• Comfortable managing multiple deadlines
• Able to transform technical input into clear communication
• Proactive - you don’t wait to be told twice
• Curious about cleantech / deeptech / hydrogen

Experience in startups, accelerators, or innovation ecosystems is a big plus.
