WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Coordinate and support the Product Specialists team: assign tasks, track progress, and ensure high performance.
- Own product categories and ensure their commercial success.
- Negotiate with, and onboard new partners; maintain strong partner relationships.
- Conduct market and competitor analyses; adapt product offers and pricing to market trends.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, E-commerce, Customer Service, Content, and Design teams.
- Identify and implement systems and tools improvements.
- Lead the technical development of Reservation system, track and grow its results.
- Translate Product department requirements into clear, actionable IT specifications that development teams can execute effectively.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in r product-led environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor teams.
- Project management experience
- Proven ability to analyze sales results and market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and cross-culturally.
- Data-driven mindset and comfort with analytics/monitoring tools.
- Proficiency in Lithuanian and English (written and spoken) at B2 level or higher.
- Basic code understanding, HTML basics, being comfortable communicating in tech terms would be an advantage.

Monthly gross salary: starting from €3,500, depending on the candidate’s skills and experience.
