- Support the coordination of assigned projects from start to finish.
- Help break down projects into clear tasks, timelines, and priorities.
- Assist in running workflows inside the project management tool (ClickUp).
- Communicate with stakeholders, follow up on tasks, and help remove blockers.
- Track deliverables and help keep teams aligned with deadlines.
- Collect project updates and prepare internal reports or status summaries.
- Ensure brand-related tasks stay aligned with brand messaging and guidelines.
- Help with other Project Manager tasks as required.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (or higher education).
- Strong interest in project management, branding, or operations.
- Ability to create clear, actionable tasks and follow structured workflows.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills (written + verbal).
- Basic familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, JIRA, Trello, Asana — any is fine).
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian.
- Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and grow into a Junior PM role.
