Create training data and provide expert feedback to enhance coding model performance across Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C++, Swift, and Verilog.

Key Responsibilities:

Code Review & Ranking

• Analyse AI-generated solutions across multiple languages
• Rank accuracy, efficiency, and best practices against expert standards
• Identify edge cases, optimisation failures, and common pitfalls

Training Dataset Creation

• Write CS prompts and generate reference solutions
• Document reasoning, algorithms, and implementation choices
• Create evaluation datasets teaching proper coding patterns

Bilingual Technical Documentation

• Provide detailed feedback explaining code issues and fixes
• Articulate complex concepts fluently in Ukrainian + English
• Document optimisation techniques and problem-solving approaches

Required Skills & Qualifications

• CS Bachelor's degree or higher
• Expert in 2+ languages: Java/Python/JS/TS/C++/Swift/Verilog
• Native/Fluent Ukrainian + Advanced English technical writing
• Competitive programming or code review experience
• Strong debugging and optimisation skills
