An exciting opportunity to join the team of our client, an independent Lorraine group in the construction and real estate sector. We are looking for a HVAC Project Manager to join this organisation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the completion of operations.
• Manage and monitor projects in their entirety (human, technical, contractual and budgetary management).
• Be the privileged interlocutor of all project stakeholders (project owners, project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, etc.).
• Collaborate with a specialised HVAC team works supervisors, site managers, draughtsmen.

Requirements

• Graduate of a minimum BAC + 2 higher education specialised in thermal, climatic or energy engineering.
• Minimum 8 years' experience as a business manager/project manager.
• Proven managerial skills.
• Experience on public and private projects.
• Fluency in the German language (a plus).
• Ability to work in a team and manage large-scale projects.
• Ability to be autonomous in an agile environment.
• Willingness to take on new challenges in an international setting.
• Commitment to CSR values.
• Openness to learning and continuing professional development.
