ROLE DESCRIPTION
What will the person do?
As a Product Designer, you will lead the strategic direction of user experience for one of our key digital products. In this role, you will oversee the entire UX process, from strategic planning to execution, ensuring a holistic approach to delivering exceptional user experiences. Your leadership will align business goals with user-centric strategies to create meaningful and impactful solutions.
What you will do:
- Lead the definition and management of the user experience for a cross-functional product, ensuring usability, engagement, and adoption.
- Define success metrics, monitor results, and support requirement prioritization.
- Manage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, aligning needs, requirements, and feedback.
- Ensure a smooth UX/UI process in close collaboration with designers and multidisciplinary teams.
- Work with development teams to implement, validate, and continuously evolve the defined experience.
Solid background in:
- End-to-end UX/UI processes
- User journey mapping
- UX research & ideation
- Service design, design thinking, and agile methodologies
- Project management is a plus
Proficiency with:
- Figma (must-have)
- Medallia, VWO, JIRA, and PowerBI (nice-to-have)
- Strong analytical skills, effective communication, team spirit, proactivity, creativity, and resilience.
