hre Aufgaben:
- Moderation der Scrum-Events (Daily, Sprint Planning, Retro etc.)
- Beseitigung von Impediments
- Coaching von Teams und Stakeholdern in der Scrum-Methodik
- Förderung von Selbstorganisation und bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit
- Unterstützung bei der effektiven Verwaltung des Product Backlogs
Ihr Profil:
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Scrum Master im IT-Umfeld
- Erfahrung mit organisatorischen Veränderungsinitiativen
- Technologische Affinität
- Deutsch verhandlungssicher, Englisch fliessend
- Kommunikationsstark, lösungsorientiert, teamfähig
