About Role

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Senior Engineer with strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, DevSecOps practices, automation, and secure platform engineering.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and secure cloud environments while improving software delivery processes through automation and modern DevSecOps methodologies. This position requires close collaboration with engineering, cloud operations, security, and compliance teams to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient cloud platforms.

The role focuses on infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipeline optimization, cloud platform management, and automation of operational processes, while applying security best practices and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive mindset, strong problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work in fast-paced engineering environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and support cloud architecture for enterprise applications ensuring scalability, reliability, and security
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and standardized frameworks
• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using platforms such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment processes, and operational tasks using scripting languages such as Python or Bash
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS environments (Azure preferred)
• Deploy and maintain containerized and serverless architectures, including Kubernetes platforms (AKS, EKS), Docker, and Azure Functions
• Implement DevSecOps best practices to integrate security into the software development lifecycle
• Apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles, including monitoring, resilience, capacity planning, incident management, and toil reduction
• Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability, ensuring platform stability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, operations, QA, and security teams
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable platform solutions
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements
• Document infrastructure architecture, operational procedures, and platform configurations
• Continuously improve engineering workflows, automation frameworks, and platform efficiency
• Explore and implement Generative AI technologies to enhance automation, predictive analytics, and engineering productivity
• Participate in on-call rotations supporting operational stability

Profile

• Strong hands-on experience in DevSecOps, cloud engineering, or platform engineering roles
• Solid expertise in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices
• Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure strongly preferred, AWS also accepted)
• Experience working with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong scripting and automation capabilities using Python, Bash, or similar tools
• Understanding of application frameworks such as .NET or Java
• Experience applying security best practices in cloud and DevOps environments
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in dynamic engineering environments and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Interest in emerging technologies, including AI and Generative AI in engineering workflows
