A leading global semiconductor company based in Eindhoven are seeking to bolder their team with a talented DevOps Engineer
Please note this is an initial 12 month contract opportunity
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain the Access Management (AM) landscape, including Okta, and contribute to Azure EntraID or GCP integrations.
- Implement and optimize Policy‑Based Access Controls (PBAC) and automate AM platform deployments using Terraform and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with Agile/DevOps teams, architects, and product owners to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable authentication and authorization solutions.
- Participate actively in Agile Scrum events, taking ownership of development features, and ensuring compliance with regulations such as GDPR, NIS2, and SOx.
- Provide consultancy and support to stakeholders, sharing knowledge, ensuring clear communication, and promoting best practices in identity and access management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) development, with strong expertise in Access Management tools and authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, SCIM).
- Proficiency in Okta (mandatory), with knowledge of Azure EntraID, GCP, Cyberark, SailPoint, or other IAM platforms considered a plus.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and automation, including Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, REST APIs, and Python.
- Strong personal skills: proactive, motivated, collaborative, adaptable, with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Educational background in a technical field (Bachelor/Master’s degree), with certifications in Okta or other IAM tooling, and Agile/Scrum knowledge preferred.
