Qualifications

• Certified C Class Occupational Health and Safety Specialist.
• Graduated from an associate degree program in Occupational Health and Safety, Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics, Automotive, Industrial, Metallurgy, or other related technical fields.
• Experience in manufacturing environments or hazardous-class workplaces is preferred.
• Willing to work actively in the production field environment and able to adapt to operational conditions.
• Able to conduct active field inspections within production areas and has no health restrictions preventing field work.
• Strong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with contractors and production teams.
• Strong discipline in reporting and documentation processes.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Suitable for shift-based working conditions, including night shifts when required.

Job Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, and improve the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System
• Support internal and external environmental audits and ensure corrective actions are completed
• Manage environmental permits, licenses, and regulatory reporting processes
• Coordinate waste management operations, including classification, storage, documentation, and disposal
• Monitor environmental performance indicators such as water and energy consumption, emissions, wastewater treatment efficiency, and recycling rates
• Ensure compliance with chemical management and environmental regulations
• Conduct environmental inspections, risk assessments, and awareness trainings for employees and contractors
