Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with ads across video, image, or audio creatives and formats.
  • Knowledge of AI capabilities (Generative, LLM, etc) with ideal applications to visual/sound space and advertising knowledge with enthusiasm to learn.
  • Ability to execute across cross-product area features for the entire product life-cycle.
  • Ability to drive a large body of work and impact across engineering and cross-product area collaboration.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, problem-solving, and synthesizing insights from research, market gaps, or technical insights, and building compelling product narratives.

Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end leadership and cross-functional collaboration for drive o OKRs related to Google AI adoption.
  • Drive and implement cross- application dual-track creative automation experiences of both Google-driven and advertiser-controlled to increase advertiser trust and adoption of VideoGen and other AI-powered tools.
  • Develop and scale advertiser guidance initiatives both within Google Ads (Recommendations, Optiscore) and externally (YouTube Ads Leaderboard).
