What we expect?
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in tech-driven environments (mobile applications, digital marketplaces, etc.)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or data-driven business development, with a strong track record of scaling digital products and driving measurable user growth.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to align stakeholders around growth goals and influence decision-making at senior levels.
- Strategic and analytical mindset, with a hands-on approach to testing, iterating, and optimizing growth funnels across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
- Experience in identifying growth opportunities through user behavior insights, cohort analysis, and experimentation (A/B testing, funnel analysis, etc.).
- Ability to manage multi-channel strategies (e.g. paid media, SEO, CRM, lifecycle marketing) and working across diverse teams to ensure cohesive execution.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, Mixpanel) and MS Office tools.
- A collaborative, data-driven, and result-oriented team player with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
What Does the Group BiP Marketplace Product Manager Role Do at Turkcell?
- Ability to lead cross-functional growth initiatives involving product, marketing, sales and data teams.
- Drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization through strategic growth plans and optimizations.
- Analyze user behavior, identify opportunities, and conduct experiments to validate hypotheses and scale successful initiatives.
- Collaborate with product, design, and tech teams to develop campaigns and services that support growth objectives.
- Align stakeholders around growth strategies and ensure seamless execution across departments.
- Continuously track performance, prepare reports, and iterate strategies based on insights and metrics
