About the Client

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will join for a project for our client in wellbeing area.

What will you do:

• Lead complex IT and digital transformation projects from initiation through delivery and benefits realization.
• Structure and drive advisory-style problem solving across business and technology domains.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans, system requirements, and governance structures.
• Coordinate and align cross-functional teams including business, IT, vendors, and system integrators.
• Manage scope, budget, timelines, risks, dependencies, and change across multiple workstreams.
• Establish effective project governance and facilitate decision-making workshops.

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in management, business, or technology consulting, with a strong background in leading IT or digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to connect strategic business recommendations with practical IT delivery, supported by a solid understanding of operating models and business processes.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, governance, and risk/issue management across the full project lifecycle.
• Experience working directly with senior and executive stakeholders, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, as well as practical experience using tools such as Confluence and JIRA.
• Highly organized, analytical, and proactive, with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks.
