Senior Project Manager – Robotics & Warehouse Automation

This is either a remote position within Europe or office-based (with frequent travel).
Frequent travel to customer warehouse sites across Europe is expected.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Managing robotic deployment projects from specification through to operational handover
- Coordinating multidisciplinary internal teams (software, robotics, engineering, operations)
- Ensuring on-time, in-full delivery across multiple parallel projects
- Tracking performance, managing budgets, and reporting to stakeholders
- Leading customer communication and managing expectations
- Identifying and mitigating delivery risks
- Supporting commissioning and go-live phases where required
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager
- 5+ years within robotics, intralogistics, or warehouse automation environments
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
- Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing capability
- Excellent English communication skills (German is a strong advantage)
- Ability to travel up to 50% across Europe
- Technical background (Master’s degree or equivalent preferred)
- Strong organisational skills and delivery mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment
