  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in event management, recruiting, or a related field.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in talent attraction, employer branding, or recruitment marketing, with a focus on events.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from inception to completion in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Experience managing budgets and external vendors.
  • Familiarity with the EMEA tech talent landscape.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to measure program effectiveness and inform strategy.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Design, plan, and execute a variety of virtual and in-person hiring events across EMEA, from large-scale conferences to events and intimate dinners for talent.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, including recruiting, pipeline excellence, employment brand, people operations, and executive business leaders, to align on hiring priorities and ensure seamless execution of initiatives for critical business areas.
  • Track the impact and Return on Investment (ROI) of all programs and events using internal tools and dashboards. Ensure data hygiene and use insights to provide clear performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Employment Brand team to create recruiting assets such as Social media collateral, flyers, QR codes for events, and video content to attract talent.
  • Manage budgets for events and programs, including vendor relations, swag ordering, and ensuring all spend is tracked and reconciled.
