In your role as a Product Designer, you will hold a pivotal position in developing a cutting-edge digital identity product that will serve millions of end-users worldwide.

What will you do

As a Product Designer, your responsibilities will include:

• Shaping intuitive, user-focused designs that elevate the experience across digital platforms—whether it’s websites, mobile apps, or internal tools. As the voice of our users, you’ll solve complex problems to deliver innovative solutions that enhance every interaction.
• Lead user research efforts to uncover customer needs and define opportunities. Armed with insights, you’ll create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, all while gathering feedback from stakeholders and users. Then, transform these concepts into high-fidelity visual designs that align with our UI guidelines and brand standards.
• Work hand-in-hand with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our design solutions are delivered on time and meet the highest standards. An advocate for accessibility and inclusivity, you’ll educate stakeholders on best design practices and ensure our products cater to all.
• Play a key role in shaping our design system, contributing to our best practices, and setting new standards for the team.

What we expect from this role

• 3+ years of proven experience in digital product design, covering user research, information architecture, usability, prototyping, and design processes.
• A sharp, up-to-date portfolio showcasing your design process, with a strong focus on native mobile applications and shipped products.
• Passion for applying and promoting human-centered design methodologies within cross-functional teams.
• Extensive experience in prototyping tools – we’re all about Figma.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced Agile environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of tasks and drive projects from concept to deployment while meeting deadlines.
