- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or similar field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in analytics or revenue operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- 4+ years’ experience in Revenue Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven experience in building and scaling analytics systems and dashboards.
- Strong technical proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Deep understanding of forecasting and revenue performance management.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills for effective strategy translation.
- Experience in leading teams to deliver automated insights solutions.
- Knowledge of go-to-market strategies and customer analytics.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights.
