Responsibilities
Client-facing Business Analyst to lead discovery, requirements, and delivery support across a mix of AI/GenAI, data, and other digital/operational projects, while embedding AI/data thinking where it genuinely adds value. This role is designed to translate business needs into implementable solutions, working closely with architects, engineers, and (when applicable) data scientists/ML engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end discovery: stakeholder interviews, workshops, current-state mapping, pain-point analysis, and prioritisation.
- Define and manage requirements (epics/features/user stories, acceptance criteria), traceability, and change control.
- Analyse business processes, define target operating procedures, support product/configuration decisions, and drive UAT planning/execution.
- Frame use-cases, document decision workflows, define measurable outcomes/KPIs, and capture data requirements (availability, lineage, quality, access, retention).
- Partner with architects to align requirements to architecture constraints, integration patterns, security, and compliance needs.
- Support delivery ceremonies (Agile/Scrum or hybrid), RAID management, dependency tracking, and status reporting for client and internal leadership.
- Produce high-quality client deliverables: Project plans, roadmaps, user journey maps, process flows, data/process definitions, and executive-ready summaries.
- Contribute to consulting excellence: reusable templates, playbooks, lessons learned, and pre-sales support (scoping, assumptions, clarifications). Defining, establishing and supporting communities of practice, centre of excellence on AI, Data, Architecture, Integration, etc.

- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification.
- 1–3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst (or Product/Delivery Analyst) in consulting or complex enterprise environments.
- Strong requirements engineering and facilitation skills (workshops, conflict resolution, stakeholder alignment).
- Solid understanding of data concepts (entities, metrics, lineage, data quality, reporting) and ability to express data needs clearly to technical teams.
- Comfortable collaborating with technical roles (architects, engineers, data teams) and translating between business and technology.
- Practical delivery skills: Agile user stories, backlog refinement, UAT support, and clear documentation.
- Very good communication in English and Polish.
- Excellent written communication: structured, concise, and executive-friendly.
- Open to working in a hybrid mode, with 1 day per month at our office in Katowice.
- Experience supporting AI/ML or GenAI initiatives (use-case framing, KPI definition, data readiness, model lifecycle awareness)
- Familiarity with analytics/BI and experimentation concepts (A/B testing, uplift, model monitoring basics)
- Domain experience in Fortune 500-style operating models (multi-stakeholder governance, risk/compliance, complex integrations)
- Exposure to architecture/data modelling notations (BPMN, UML, C4 basics) and tools (Jira/Confluence/Miro)
