Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Product Manager Sales to join our cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and managing innovative cybersecurity products that meet the evolving needs of our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies, industry trends, and a proven track record in product sales.

Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy and Development:

•Understand the product offerings by the OEM’s and interpret the same to the end customers understanding their pain points and suggest the required solutions.

•Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings

•Engage with cross-functional teams, encompassing technical, sales, and marketing departments, to guarantee the successful delivery of solutions for our customers.

2. Market Analysis:

◦Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging threats, industry challenges, and opportunities.

◦Analyse competitor products and market positioning to drive strategic product decisions.

3. Channel Development and Partnerships:

•Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with customers & Partners influencing their strategic direction.

•Design and implement strategic channel initiatives in collaboration with partners and internal sales and marketing teams.

4. Collaboration and Communication:

◦For this role, it is essential to engage in initial customer interactions to directly identify new opportunities.

◦Determine the appropriate channel coverage, identify potential partners/Customers and negotiate agreements.

◦Communicate product updates, features, and benefits to internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

•Proven experience as a Product Manager Sales in the cybersecurity industry.

•Excellent communication and presentation abilities with cultural sensitivity.

•Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and local stakeholders.

•5+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity field.

•Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear solutions, and to reach challenging goals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with excellent problem-solving skills.
