About the Role:
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to lead the design and user experience of our e-commerce platform across web and mobile. This role involves designing seamless onboarding journeys, merchant dashboards, checkout flows, and internal tools while owning and evolving our product design system.
You will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to create intuitive, scalable, and conversion-focused user experiences aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end user experiences including onboarding flows, dashboards, mobile interfaces, and checkout journeys
- Own and maintain the product design system (components, tokens, interaction patterns, bilingual standards)
- Translate product requirements into clean, user-centered interfaces
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes
- Partner with engineers to ensure accurate design implementation
- Conduct usability testing and improve user flows based on insights
- Ensure responsive behavior across devices with strong English and Arabic RTL support
- Support marketing initiatives with landing pages and digital design assets when needed
Requirements:
- 3โ6 years of UI/UX design experience in a product-focused environment
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, prototyping)
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing bilingual interfaces (including Arabic RTL)
- Solid knowledge of interaction and responsive design principles
- Experience working within and evolving a design system
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Portfolio showcasing live, shipped products with measurable impact
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or marketplace platforms
- Understanding of motion design and UI animation principles
- Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS for collaboration with front-end teams
- Experience in data-driven design and conversion optimization
