Tesla is seeking a HR Operations Specialist to join our growing HR Operations team in the Nordics. With excellent organizational skills, time-planning and attention to detail, the role will directly contribute to a fantastic employee experience, by supporting employees with documentation, data management and front-line expertise.

What You'll Do

  • First line response for employee queries and document requests; providing guidance, advice and problem-solving in line with HR policies, procedures, laws, and standards
  • Manage and process HR transactions (including onboarding, transfers, reorganizations, new hires, terminations, job and personal data changes, organizational changes, employee verifications, etc.)
  • Strive for operational excellence through timely responses to any incoming requests as per agreed SLAs, ensuring a high-quality response to resolve employee queries within the first-contact
  • Identify trends in employee contact and suggest areas to improve employee self-serve through our available resources to support the employee journey
  • Responsible for the integrity of employee master data entered in our HR Management Systems and Maintain personnel files, while ensuring we are compliant with GDPR
  • Work collaboratively with broader HR-teams across Payroll, Benefits, Partnering to remove obstacles for both HR Operations and employees in order to drive a seamless, self-sufficient, employee experience
  • Ensure operational processes, procedures and policies are properly documented, kept up to date and uploaded to the applicable systems


  • What You'll Bring

  • Experience and knowledge of HR services and/or customer-service or administration
  • Enjoyment of administrative and data processing tasks
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English
  • Patience, empathy and passion for helping people
  • The right attitude is essential – so be enthusiastic, proactive and solution focused
  • Able to deal with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of local labour law for document creation e.g. local probation periods, number contracts permitted, lengths of contract and extension periods
