Enterprise Resource Planning Project Manager needed to oversee the planning, implementation, and deployment of ERP systems, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Primary liaison between stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors, coordinating tasks to improve operational efficiency. Working with client through all project phases from Detailed Design through Build, Implementation, Go Live and Hypercare
Key Responsibilities
- Navigate seamlessly between Consulting Company and Client
- Defining project plan, scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Manage daily implementation activities, resource allocation, and budget tracking.
- Identify project risks and developing countermeasures.
- Main interface between business units, IT, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Facilitate organizational change, training users, and managing data migration.
- Drive business improvements and aligning new technology with company goals.
- Own the Parallel Workstreams associated with Change Management, Data Management, Test Management and Training.
- Ideally, cross functional specific industry knowledge and “real business” experience combined with strong project costing skills/ reporting
- 3–5+ years in project management, particularly with large-scale software implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle). EPICOR is a plus
- Strong team management and the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Familiarity with business software infrastructure and data migration.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Will consider comparable additional experience
