We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage multidiscipline projects in both study and execution phases. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on HSSE, continuous improvement, and quality performance.

Project Manager - Multidiscipline Projects
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage multidiscipline projects in both study and execution phases. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on HSSE, continuous improvement, and quality performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects in accordance with planned schedules and budgets
- Ensure strong HSSE, CI, and Quality performance in project delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely, high-quality project delivery
- Mentor and develop team members
- Align projects with business goals and objectives
- Focus on creating financial value and cost reduction
- Contribute to CO2 reduction initiatives
- Identify and mitigate potential risks
- Adhere to the project execution model
- Drive continuous improvement and new ways of working
- 5-10 years of relevant project management experience
- Knowledge of Norwegian legislation and standards
- Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English
- Strong leadership skills and experience
- Customer-focused mindset with broad project leadership experience
- Commercial acumen and ability to work independently and in teams
- Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
