Position: Senior Project Manager-Agile

Strong Agile Experience • Custom Application Delivery • ERP/CRM Exposure

Qualifications & Experience:

 8–15+ years in Project / Delivery / Program Management

 5+ years leading Agile custom software development projects

 Experience managing multiple projects or programs in parallel

 Strong background in enterprise or government environments

 Hands-on experience with vendor and multi-team delivery models

 Mandatory tools: Azure DevOps and/or Jira

 Preferred certifications: PMP, CSM/PSM, SAFe, ITIL

 Own full project lifecycle: intake, discovery, planning, execution, release, and post-production support.

 Manage multiple parallel projects including digital applications, integrations, enhancements, and BAU work.

 Lead Agile, Kanban, and Hybrid delivery models pragmatically based on project needs.

 Establish delivery governance, RAID logs, dashboards, KPIs, and Steering Committee reporting.

 Manage stakeholders across business, IT, security, architecture, DevOps, and vendors.

 Manage vendors with clear SLAs, milestones, acceptance criteria, and escalation models.

 Ensure quality-first delivery with clear Definition of Done, testing readiness, release notes, and rollback plans.

 Use Azure DevOps and/or Jira for backlog management, metrics, traceability, and reporting.

Proven experience in:

Delivering enterprise-grade web/mobile applications

Managing multi-team software development programs

Working with distributed or cross-functional Agile teams

Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, GitLab, or similar tools.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of SDLC, microservices, APIs, integration patterns.

Understanding of UX/UI processes and user-centric design.

Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.

Salary-up to 30 K AED
