We are seeking a tenacious Senior Engineer to take the helm of mission-critical projects that will define the future of our platform.

Your Role & Technical Ownership

• Complete Lifecycle Management: Lead the development of features across our React frontend and Python backend, ensuring secure, high-quality releases for our global audience
• Architectural Leadership: Drive complex, multi-month initiatives by translating ambitious technical goals into clear, iterative, and validated milestones
• Product Collaboration: Work as a strategic partner to Product Managers. You are expected to dive into commercial challenges and actively influence our product roadmap
• Impact Metrics: Utilize our advanced data pipelines to evaluate the performance of your work against business objectives, remaining agile enough to pivot based on results
• Technical Vision: Act as a forward-thinking architect, building the infrastructure and capabilities the team will require to stay ahead of challenges 6–12 months in the future

Who You Are

• Experienced Authority: 7+ years in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Senior or Lead capacity
• Scale-Up Background: You have a track record of success within high-performing teams at rapidly growing or established tech companies known for engineering excellence
• Full-Stack Competency: Deep expertise in server-side logic and backend architecture. We welcome "Backend-heavy" specialists, provided you are willing to support the frontend when project goals require it
• Enterprise SaaS Veteran: Background in developing high-stakes features such as billing infrastructure, real-time collaboration, video delivery, or experimentation frameworks
• Execution-Focused: You are driven by commercial success and a "builder" mentality—prioritizing shipping and quality over office politics
