Job Title: PM with DevOps

Job Description:
Program & Delivery Management
- Own execution of ADO to Helios CI/CD migration across multiple application waves (homegrown and complex apps
- Drive the factory‑model onboarding approach including pipeline inventory, classification, migration sequencing, and cutover planning
- Maintain integrated delivery plans covering CI/CD migration, infrastructure provisioning, testing, and governance approvals
- Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation actions across CNB, RBC, and vendor teams
Stakeholder & Governance Management
- Act as the single execution interface
- Drive governance forums, weekly status reviews, and executive reporting
- Ensure timely engagement with architecture review committees (ARC), security, and compliance bodies
Technical Oversight (Hands‑on Program Leadership)
- Oversee migration of Azure DevOps pipelines to GitHub Actions, leveraging Helios reusable templates
- Ensure migration of:
- CI/CD workflows
- Secrets, certificates, and environment variables
- Artifact repository integrations
- Validate readiness across Dev, UAT, Staging, Prod, and DR environments
Note: This is not an engineering role, but the TPM must be technically fluent enough to challenge plans, identify gaps, and unblock teams.
Risk, Issue & Dependency Management
- Proactively manage known migration risks including:
- RBAC and permissions alignment
- Firewall approvals and network segmentation
- Environment parity and configuration drift
- Establish escalation paths and ensure issues are surfaced early and resolved decisively
Metrics & Reporting
- Define and track execution metrics such as:
- CI/CD parity with Helios workflows
- Application onboarding throughput
- Environment readiness and cutover success
- Compliance with RBC standards
- Provide concise, executive‑ready dashboards and health reports
Required Experience & Skills
Must Have
- 10+ years of technology project / program management experience
- Proven delivery of DevOps or CI/CD platform migration programs
- Strong hands‑on understanding of:
- Azure DevOps
- GitHub Actions–based CI/CD pipelines
- Enterprise DevSecOps concepts
- Experience operating in regulated financial services environments (banking preferred)
- Demonstrated success managing cross‑enterprise, multi‑vendor delivery teams
