What You’ll Do

Shape Product Direction - Partner with product and engineering to define problems worth solving and the best way to solve them.

Drive Clarity - Turn complex ideas into simple, intuitive experiences users understand immediately.

Design End-to-End - Own flows from first interaction through long-term usage, not isolated screens.

Prototype to Think - Use prototypes as thinking tools, not just presentation artifacts.

Raise the Bar - Improve systems, patterns, and product quality across everything we build.

What You’ll Bring

• 5 years of experience in product or UX/UI design
• Strong portfolio showcasing thoughtful design solutions and interaction patterns
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems and responsive design
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Curiosity about how products succeed commercially
