Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will lead and structure UX design work to optimize the user experience, maximize the business value of initiatives, and actively contribute to the strategic vision of the product.

  • Lead and organize UX design activities: workshops, interviews, co-design sessions, and more.
  • Identify and prioritize issues with the highest business value.
  • Support the Product Owner (PO) and Chief Product Officer (CPO) in defining and evolving the product's strategic vision.
  • Conduct user interviews and UX research.
  • Analyze existing UX work across various projects to synthesize requirements.
  • Prioritize actions to facilitate and optimize the user experience.
  • Design new interface concepts that address specific needs.
  • Identify and formulate recommendations for improving existing interfaces to adapt them to current usage patterns.
  • Promote solution adoption through a smoother, more intuitive, and engaging user experience.

Rôle et responsabilités :

En tant qu’UX/UI Designer Senior, vous pilotez et structurez les travaux de conception UX afin d’optimiser l’expérience utilisateur, maximiser la valeur business des initiatives et contribuer activement à la vision stratégique du produit.

  • Diriger et organiser les activités de design UX : ateliers, interviews, sessions de co-conception et workshops.
  • Identifier et prioriser les problématiques à plus forte valeur business.
  • Accompagner le Product Owner (PO) et le Chief Product Officer (CPO) dans la définition et l’évolution de la vision stratégique du produit.
  • Conduire des interviews utilisateurs et des démarches de recherche UX.
  • Analyser les travaux UX existants sur différents projets afin de synthétiser les besoins.
  • Prioriser les actions permettant de faciliter et d’optimiser le travail des utilisateurs.
  • Concevoir de nouveaux concepts d’interface répondant à des besoins spécifiques
  • Identifier et formuler des recommandations d’amélioration des interfaces existantes pour les adapter aux usages actuels.
  • Favoriser l’adoption de la solution par une expérience utilisateur plus fluide, intuitive et engageante.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration.
  • Excellent workshop facilitation and interviewing skills.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Strategic product vision and business acumen.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications requises :
