Pay Range - $70K to $100K plus incentive
Purpose
Supports Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) and leadership to successfully implement local initiatives, and execute regional and corporate programs. Help to create an environment to attract, develop, retain and engage talent throughout the Company to deliver business goals
Responsibilities
- Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and associates regarding HR in areas such as policy and procedure.
- Collaborate with leaders and COEs to support recruitment and staffing plans.
- Work with the Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to drive an inclusive and diverse culture.
- Develops, implements and administers programs to enhance associate engagement and satisfaction levels
- Employee and labor relations (investigations, conflict resolution).
- Support in reviewing, interpreting, administering and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, and company policies and procedures.
Skills
- Proficiency in workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design.
- Experience in leading, motivating, and developing HR teams to meet organizational needs.
- Expertise in managing employee relations issues, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Skilled in leading HR initiatives that support organizational change, helping teams navigate transitions smoothly.
- Ability to drive adoption of new HR processes, systems, and policies within the organization.
- Proficiency in using HR analytics to assess trends, make data-driven decisions, and improve workforce performance.
Certifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in related discipline or an additional 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
Experience
5+ years of experience
