Job description:

• Certified Scrum Master with 10+ years of experience leading Agile/Scrum teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement, story mapping), and ensuring strict adherence to Scrum principles, practices, and theory in sprint-based delivery environments.
• Proven expertise in Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint planning, defect tracking, and continuous delivery, with hands-on experience managing multiple concurrent application development projects within defined scope, budget, and timelines.
• Strong technical and project management background across Java, Oracle, and IBM BPM initiatives, leveraging Microsoft Project, Office, and Visio to drive planning, reporting, stakeholder communication, and execution across cross-functional product teams.
• Demonstrated leadership in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, including public sector modernization initiatives (e.g., MOE Modernization of Approvals or similar SOA-based platforms), with excellent communication, facilitation, and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
