We’re looking for a Chief Technology Officer to shape the architecture, standards, and engineering direction of large-scale, mission-critical software systems.

This role is for someone who enjoys setting technical vision, guiding teams through complex challenges, and turning emerging technologies into real-world solutions with meaningful impact.

Responsibilities:

• Define and evolve software architecture standards and engineering best practices
• Design scalable, reusable system components across complex ecosystems
• Guide engineering teams through architectural decisions, trade-offs, and delivery challenges
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and influence future product direction
• Ensure systems are built with performance, security, and reliability at their core

Requirements

• Experience designing AI-enabled or advanced software architectures
• Strong background in cloud and distributed systems
• Hands-on knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and modern engineering practices
• Solid understanding of security, performance, and system resilience
• Strategic thinker who can clearly communicate complex technical concepts
• Collaborative leader with strong problem-solving skills
