Job Summary

Seeking an experienced CloudOps Lead to design, secure, and scale AWS-based cloud infrastructure while ensuring high availability and cost efficiency. Responsible for leading Kubernetes, IaC automation, networking, security, and cloud migration initiatives while driving operational excellence and mentoring teams.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Strong expertise in AWS infrastructure and application services (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Route 53, Lambda, API Gateway);
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Cloud Operations, Engineering, or Architecture roles;
• 2+ years managing production Kubernetes clusters;
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform;
• Strong networking background (routing, firewalls, VPNs, load balancing);
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy management;
• Proficiency in scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Windows scripting);
• Experience in cloud security best practices and on-premises to cloud migration projects.

Desired Skill-set

• AWS Solutions Architect (or equivalent) certification;
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows;
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of AWS cloud infrastructure;
• Oversee Kubernetes cluster management ensuring availability, scalability, and security;
• Drive infrastructure automation using Terraform and enforce IaC standards;
• Manage and troubleshoot networking solutions including firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers;
• Ensure compliance with security policies, IAM controls, encryption, logging, and auditing;
• Support hybrid and multi-cloud integration and migration initiatives;
• Monitor system performance, reliability, and cost optimization metrics;
• Ensure high availability of web hosting and application environments;
• Lead incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis;
• Mentor CloudOps engineers and collaborate with development, security, and PMO teams.
