What You Will Do
- User Experience & Interface Design
- Design intuitive, user‑friendly interfaces for multi‑step and high‑complexity enterprise workflows.
- Create visually polished UI that aligns with enterprise design standards and supports role‑based usage scenarios.
- Enterprise Workflow & Systems Thinking
- Analyze end‑to‑end workflows, data flows, and system interactions to ensure seamless cross‑platform experiences.
- Partner with business analysts and technical teams to define requirements and validate UX solutions.
- Ensure designs consider scalability, performance, system integrations, and global user needs.
- Research, Testing & Validation
- o Conduct user interviews, workflow observations, and usability studies to uncover insights and pain points.
- o Validate solutions through iterative testing and real‑world feedback with manufacturing and operations teams.
- o Advocate for data‑driven design decisions that improve efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product owners, engineers, IT, and data professionals to deliver feasible and high‑quality solutions.
- Support change management through clear documentation, guidelines, training materials, and UX assets.
- Design System & Governance
- Develop and maintain the Molex Enterprise UI / UX Style Guide, ensuring consistent use of components and interaction patterns.
- Lead UX standardization initiatives to ensure scalable, efficient, and unified design practices across global teams.
- Required:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- Certification in UI/UX, design systems and enterprise applications.
- >3 years of experience designing digital or enterprise applications with demonstrated workflow simplification in your portfolio.
- Proficient in Figma or similar UI/UX tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Preferred:
- Experience designing for enterprise systems, dashboards, or workflow‑driven applications.
- Understanding of enterprise UX principles: multi‑role environments, complex workflows, and data‑driven decision support.
- Knowledge of design systems, information architecture, usability methodologies, and governance frameworks.
- Exposure to manufacturing, operations, or industrial environments.
