About the Project
This Project Manager / Coordinator role involves working closely with our client, a global entertainment platform. Their marketing planning teams help plan for the upcoming releases and programmes, and need someone to pull all the strings and assets together for regional (SEA) and local market-level collaboration.
About the Project
Marketing Programme Support & Coordination
- Own the marketing information pipeline – gather, structure and maintain core campaign/content data (key details, timings, priorities) so regional and in-market teams have a single, reliable view of what’s coming up.
- Curate and package updates – turn planning inputs and project lists into clear, templated updates (e.g. internal newsletters, overview decks, planning packs) that give stakeholders fast context across APAC.
- Prioritise and track workload across markets – help planning leads manage volume by keeping a live overview of active and upcoming campaigns in your market cluster and flagging where additional focus or clarification is needed.
Asset & Source-of-Truth Management
- Coordinate asset delivery – act as day-to-day contact for external vendors and agencies to request, chase and quality-check marketing assets (e.g. key visuals, video cuts, stills, logos) required for campaigns.
- Maintain “source of truth” documentation – update and govern central trackers so internal and external partners can see the latest campaign information, asset status and key dates at a glance.
- Ensure guideline-aligned delivery – oversee basic approval flows for lower-priority campaigns, ensuring partner assets meet brand and usage guidelines before moving into downstream production or localisation.
Cross-Functional Coordination & Stakeholder Communication
- Be the central connector for planning teams – work closely with regional and country planners to remove manual coordination work, enabling them to focus on strategic questions such as market fit and channel strategy.
- Socialise campaign information across teams – share updates with Social, Partnerships, PR, Content and wider marketing stakeholders so everyone has the same context and can execute smoothly in-market.
- Support regional consistency with local nuance – collaborate across markets in your cluster to align ways of working and documentation, while respecting local language needs and portfolio nuances in each territory.
About You
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing project or programme management experience in a creative, marketing, media, or tech environment.
- Experienced in campaign planning and execution, including working with media or creative partners and acting as the bridge between brands and internalmarketing teams in a matrix set-up.
- Confident with managing multiple timelines, budgets and resources at once, with a reputation for being detail-obsessed and dependable.
- Able to communicate pre, during and post campaign and project delivery and able to adapt the working style to different stakeholders and seniority levels when navigating different agendas.
- Fluent in using project management tools and shared workspaces to improve workflows, you thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities shift, and problems need practical solutions.
- A native speaker of the market you’re hired in with professional English speaking and writing skills.
