- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for multiple application teams within the organization
- Enhance reporting processes to ensure timely delivery of metrics and updates for leadership
- Manage and optimize the backlog for non-project related work, including triage and prioritization
- Identify and remove impediments to team progress, escalating issues as necessary
- Coach teams on Agile principles and practices, adapting approaches to fit the unique needs of the organization
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years in Agile delivery roles, with experience in research or clinical technology environments
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in JIRA and Agile reporting tools, along with experience in managing multiple priorities
- Experience with intake management and IT reporting
- Background in supporting research or clinical technology environments
- Ability to drive process improvements within Agile frameworks
- Familiarity with SCRI IT systems and standards
