What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for multiple application teams within the organization
• Enhance reporting processes to ensure timely delivery of metrics and updates for leadership
• Manage and optimize the backlog for non-project related work, including triage and prioritization
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress, escalating issues as necessary
• Coach teams on Agile principles and practices, adapting approaches to fit the unique needs of the organization
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years in Agile delivery roles, with experience in research or clinical technology environments
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in JIRA and Agile reporting tools, along with experience in managing multiple priorities
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with intake management and IT reporting
• Background in supporting research or clinical technology environments
• Ability to drive process improvements within Agile frameworks
• Familiarity with SCRI IT systems and standards
