What You’ll Do:

• Identify opportunities, assess risks, and guide product development in the DeFi space.
• Collaborate across teams to integrate DeFi offerings with existing products.
• Stay ahead of market trends and emerging technologies in decentralized finance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Deep understanding of DeFi protocols, smart contracts, and blockchain ecosystems.
• Experience in product strategy, business development, or advisory roles within crypto/DeFi.
• Ability to operate in a fast-moving, start-up style environment while leveraging a stable fintech foundation.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
