The Opportunity

As the organisation continues to expand its portfolio, we are seeking an experienced Head of Business Operations to lead day-to-day operational management and drive best-in-class processes across a diverse range of ventures and trading activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement operational frameworks that enhance efficiency, scalability, and performance across multiple portfolio initiatives.
• Translate high-level strategic goals into clear, executable operational plans across venture building, trading activity, and protocol-focused projects.
• Act as a senior point of coordination for key internal and external stakeholders, including institutional partners, advisors, service providers, and technical collaborators.
• Oversee corporate structuring, entity setup, and banking arrangements, ensuring adherence to legal, financial, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide structured operational reporting, delivering clear insights and performance metrics to senior leadership.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Finance, People, and Legal functions to ensure seamless execution of business priorities.
• Optimise capital and resource allocation to support growth initiatives and maximise overall performance.
• Lead and mentor operational team members, fostering accountability, collaboration, and a high-performance culture.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in business operations, ideally within fintech, venture investing, digital assets, or high-growth technology environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams, with strong programme and project management capabilities.
• Highly analytical, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable operational insights.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging with senior leadership and external partners.
• Experience developing and refining operational processes and governance frameworks.
• A genuine interest in emerging technologies and decentralised finance, combined with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
