Job Title: Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer
Location: Ohio (Onsite)
Shift: 24x7 environment (rotational shifts)
We are looking for a hands-on NOC Engineer to support enterprise telecom and network infrastructure operations.
Required Skills:
- Routing & Switching
- Wireless LAN & Firewall
- LAN/WAN troubleshooting
- Fiber / Leased Line / Radio link understanding
- ServiceNow ticketing experience (preferred)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- 24x7 monitoring of network & telecom infrastructure
- Tier 1 & Tier 2 troubleshooting support
- Incident management & escalation handling
- Coordination with service providers for outage restoration
- Change management & CAB participation
- Maintain documentation & knowledge base updates
- Follow security & compliance standards
