Job Title: Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer

Location: Ohio (Onsite)

Shift: 24x7 environment (rotational shifts)

We are looking for a hands-on NOC Engineer to support enterprise telecom and network infrastructure operations.

Required Skills:

• Routing & Switching
• Wireless LAN & Firewall
• LAN/WAN troubleshooting
• Fiber / Leased Line / Radio link understanding
• ServiceNow ticketing experience (preferred)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• 24x7 monitoring of network & telecom infrastructure
• Tier 1 & Tier 2 troubleshooting support
• Incident management & escalation handling
• Coordination with service providers for outage restoration
• Change management & CAB participation
• Maintain documentation & knowledge base updates
• Follow security & compliance standards
