Key Responsibilities

Strategic Analytics & Insights

  • Perform routine and ad-hoc analysis to drive business performance, including like-for-like sales and transactions growth, product mix shifts, market test performance, guest satisfaction, and guest satisfaction metrics
  • Conduct studies on menu performance, pricing strategy, daypart optimization, delivery channel performance, and market expansion opportunities
  • Partner with Marketing to analyze subscription program performance, digital ordering trends, loyalty initiatives, and promotional efficacy
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to the North America Leadership team on ways to strengthen the Pret US business

Performance Management & Reporting

  • Create and maintain dashboards and scorecards that provide real-time visibility into KPIs across marketing, operations, and performance management
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture learnings and drive continuous improvement across the organization
  • Utilize competitor data and industry trends to provide insights on Pret's relative performance and areas of opportunity
  • Proactively identify and escalate risks and potential detractors from business performance

Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Influence and align stakeholders at all levels, from Shop General Managers to members of the North America Leadership Team
  • Synthesize complex analyses into succinct and specific insights and recommendations
  • Clearly and effectively communicate insights and takeaways via PowerPoint and present findings with authority
  • Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making, continuous improvement, and Pret's core values


Qualifications

Required Experience

  • 2+ years of progressive experience in analytics-based roles in marketing, operations, finance, or consulting experience
  • Deep expertise in business analytics, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (including but not limited to Power BI, SQL, Excel)
  • Experience managing concurrent strategic priorities in fast-paced, operational environments with both retail and digital/delivery components
  • Strong understanding of QSR/fast casual key performance indicators, unit economics, and omnichannel operations
  • Experience in quick service restaurant, food retail, hospitality, or consumer goods industries preferred
  • Experience working in organizations with strong brand values and mission-driven cultures preferred

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required


Salary Range

  • The pay range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000. Compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and the specific work location of New York, New York, United States. In addition, you will be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
