Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented IT Analyst to support technical operations, tender management, reporting, contract coordination, audit response, and procurement activities.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with commercial awareness, enabling effective participation in tenders, negotiations, compliance processes, and vendor engagements. This role requires a structured thinker with excellent documentation skills and the ability to interpret contractual and technical documents while managing multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ IT Analysis & Technical Support

  • Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into structured IT solutions.
  • Review system architecture, infrastructure designs, and solution proposals.
  • Support preparation of technical documentation, reports, and compliance matrices.
  • Conduct gap analysis and risk assessments for IT projects.

2️⃣ Tender & Bid Management

  • Review and analyze RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents.
  • Prepare technical and commercial compliance responses.
  • Coordinate with technical, presales, and finance teams for complete bid submissions.
  • Participate in clarifications, negotiations, and tender meetings.
  • Ensure alignment between scope of work, deliverables, and contractual obligations.

3️⃣ Contract & Commercial Support

  • Review IT contracts, SLAs, and service agreements.
  • Identify commercial risks, gaps, and technical obligations.
  • Support contract negotiations alongside management and legal teams.
  • Monitor contractual deliverables and KPIs compliance.

4️⃣ Audit & Compliance

  • Respond to internal and external IT audits.
  • Prepare documentation and compliance evidence.
  • Ensure adherence to IT governance frameworks and security policies.
  • Support ISO, regulatory, and client-driven compliance requirements.

5️⃣ Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare executive and technical reports.
  • Develop project status reports, risk registers, and dashboards.
  • Present insights and recommendations to management and stakeholders.

6️⃣ Procurement & Vendor Coordination

  • Support vendor evaluation and technical comparisons.
  • Assist in preparing BOQs and procurement justifications.
  • Participate in vendor negotiations and technical clarifications.
  • Ensure procurement aligns with technical standards and contractual commitments.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT analysis, tendering, contracts, or technical operations.
  • Experience in Qatar or GCC market preferred.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, data centers, or enterprise solutions.
  • Proven ability to interpret tender documents and contracts.
  • Experience responding to IT audits and compliance requirements.
  • Basic to intermediate procurement knowledge.

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent report writing and documentation skills.
  • Effective negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of SLA management and contract governance.
  • Familiarity with IT governance frameworks such as ITIL, ISO 27001, and COBIT (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Language Requirements

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) – Mandatory
  • Arabic speaker – Preferred
